Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Open SirenX and choose the account-creation option. Enter the requested account details, review the legal information, and follow the on-screen steps.

How do I edit my profile?

Open Me → Settings → Edit Profile. You can update your display name, profile photo, bio, and music interests.

Recording

How do I record a Take?

Open Create, then choose Quick Sing or select a singing challenge. Record using the camera, preview your Take, and choose whether to retake or save it.

Why does SirenX need camera and microphone access?

Camera and microphone access are needed to record a video Take or video message. The app requests access through your device. You can review or change these permissions in system Settings, but recording will not work while they are disabled.

How long can a Take be?

A Quick Sing can be up to 60 seconds. A challenge Take follows the time limit shown for that challenge.

Where are my Takes stored?

Saved Takes are stored locally on your device in My Takes. Raw Take videos are not automatically uploaded. A Take is uploaded only when you actively share it with a Connected user in chat.

AI Practice

What is Vocal Check?

Use Vocal Check for simple, practice-oriented feedback on a saved Take.

What should I expect from Vocal Check?

Vocal Check provides brief feedback intended to support practice.

Why didn’t Vocal Check complete?

Check that the Take plays correctly and try again. A failed analysis should not consume Coins.

Coins

What are Coins?

Coins are virtual items used for selected AI tools and premium features.

What can Coins unlock?

Coins can be used for selected AI tools and premium features shown in the app.

Connections & Chat

What does Connected mean?

Connected means that you follow another user and they follow you back.

Why can’t I message someone?

Private chat is available only while both users are Connected. If either person unfollows or blocks the other, existing chat history remains readable but new messages cannot be sent.

How do I share a Take?

Open a chat with a Connected user, select the add button, choose Share a Take, select one of your saved Takes, and confirm Send. The selected Take is then uploaded for that private conversation.

How do I send a video message?

Open a chat with a Connected user, select the add button, choose Record Video, record and preview the short video, then send it. The video is uploaded and is available only to the conversation participants, subject to safety controls.

Safety

How do I block someone?

Open the person’s profile or your chat with them, open More options, choose Block, and confirm.

How do I report a user or message?

To report a user, open their profile or your chat, choose More options, then Report. Select the reason that best describes the concern. To report a specific incoming message, long-press that message and choose the report option.

What happens after I block someone?

Blocking immediately restricts interaction in supported areas, removes the person from your Discover and Inbox experience, and removes follow relationships. Unblocking does not automatically restore previous follows or a Connected state.

Account

How do I log out?

Open Me → Settings → Log Out and confirm. Your local Takes remain on the device, and you can sign in again later.

How do I delete my account?

Open Me → Settings → Delete Account. Read the confirmation carefully, then choose Delete Account. The request permanently disables the account, removes or de-identifies profile information, removes connections, and signs you out.

Local Takes remain on your device unless you delete them separately or remove the app data. Historical messages and media already shared with another conversation participant may remain available to that participant as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Privacy

Where can I read the Privacy Policy?

Read the complete SirenX Privacy Policy. It covers accounts, local Takes, AI practice data, messages, shared media, data retention, safety, and your choices.

Delete Your Account

Delete your account inside the app.

  1. Open the Me tab.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Review the warning and confirm Delete Account.
