1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SirenX mobile application, website, and related services (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by the owner of SirenX App (“SirenX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You may use the Service only if you can lawfully agree to these Terms and are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably current. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify Support promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You may not create an account for another person without permission, impersonate someone, sell an account, or use automated methods to create accounts.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of recordings, profile information, messages, and other content you create or submit (“User Content”). You grant SirenX a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, reproduce, transmit, and display User Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, and improve the Service, comply with your sharing choices, enforce these Terms, and meet legal obligations.

This license lasts only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes, subject to content you shared with others, operational backups, safety records, and legal retention requirements. You are responsible for your User Content and must have the rights and permissions needed to upload or share it.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to:

  • Harass, threaten, intimidate, exploit, or abuse another person;
  • Create, upload, request, or share illegal, harmful, or rights-infringing content;
  • Send spam, scams, deceptive promotions, or unauthorized commercial messages;
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or private content;
  • Interfere with, overload, reverse engineer where prohibited, or disrupt the Service;
  • Circumvent safety, access, or technical controls; or
  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.

6. Singing and Media Content

You must own or have all necessary rights to any singing Take, video, image, text, composition, lyrics, backing track, or other material you upload or share. Do not upload or share content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights.

References to genres, artists, songs, or music interests do not give you rights to use protected content. You are responsible for obtaining any permissions required for your use.

Saved Takes remain local unless you choose to share them. When you send a Take or video message, it is uploaded for delivery in a private conversation with the intended Connected user.

7. AI Features

AI practice tools and AI singing ideas are intended for practice and inspiration. Vocal Check provides practice-oriented feedback on a Take. Outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate.

AI output is for inspiration and practice. It is not professional, medical, legal, or other specialized advice.

8. Coins and Premium Features

Coins are virtual items used for selected AI tools and premium features.

9. User Conduct

Use SirenX as a respectful singing and practice community. Do not pressure users to connect, repeatedly contact someone who has declined interaction, misuse private content, or share another person’s messages or media without permission. Chat is available only while both users mutually follow each other.

10. Blocking, Reporting, and Enforcement

You can block or report a user from their profile or chat. You can report another user’s message by long-pressing it. Blocking takes effect across supported interactions and does not automatically restore prior follows if later removed.

We may review reports, limit access to content, remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or take other proportionate action when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, or comply with law. We may preserve information relevant to safety reviews and disputes.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service or delete your account through Me → Settings → Delete Account. Account deletion removes or de-identifies profile data and ends active sessions, subject to the retention described in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you materially or repeatedly violated these Terms, created risk or harm, or if action is required by law. Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to contact Support.

12. Intellectual Property

The Service—including its software, interface, design, branding, and non-user content—is owned by SirenX or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

“SirenX” and associated branding may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without permission. These Terms do not change your ownership of User Content.

13. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party services for functions such as hosting, infrastructure, and AI processing. Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control, but we remain responsible for our own obligations under applicable law.

14. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device. AI output may contain errors and should not be relied on as professional advice.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SirenX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service, or for loss of data, opportunities, or profits, when such damages were not reasonably foreseeable.

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot lawfully be limited for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or personal injury. Your local law may provide additional rights.

16. Changes to the Service

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain, secure, improve, or adapt the Service. We will provide notice when reasonably appropriate if a change materially affects your rights.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect Service changes, legal requirements, or safety needs. We will revise the “Last Updated” date and provide additional notice when appropriate. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you should stop using the Service and may delete your account.
